SalarySalary Range: $71,600/yr – $80,000/yr (budgeted); posting range $71,600/yr – $85,000/yr.
Job SummaryUnder the general direction of the Director, Retail Operations and Business Management, the successful candidate will manage and report on income and expenses for Campus Dining's Retail Operations, review and verify expense ledgers, produce P&L statements, provide financial analysis, and serve as the liaison to other departments and to UCen Accounting and ARIT.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise financial processes for Campus Dining Retail Operations.
- Prepare annual budgets and analyze monthly P&L statements.
- Conduct cost/expense reduction studies and develop financial models for rent, expansions, and new projects.
- Analyze and reconcile inventory accounts and expenses, and reconcile phone line and facilities expenses.
- Assist managers with labor versus sales analysis to achieve budgeted goals.
- Provide procurement and purchasing support, including bid analysis for food, non‑food, and leased tenant operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot information systems (POS, CBORD, Excel).
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or retail role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and food service menu/software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Work hours/days may vary.
- Background check required.
