WW Surveying, Inc. is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor for a full-time, on-site role in Santa Barbara, CA. Responsibilities include managing team, conducting surveys, preparing topographic maps, completing building surveys, and utilizing total station equipment for precise measurements. The California Professional Land Surveyor will collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications, providing quality service to clients across diverse project types.

• Experience using AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey is required
• A valid California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is required.
• Field and office experience in land surveying is essential, and attention to detail is a must
• A proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating new revenue
• A proven track record of managing survey crews
• Self-motivation, drive, and the ability to lead are important for success in this role
• Manage multiple survey projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget compliance
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients
• Oversee field crews and office staff while providing technical guidance

• Manage project budgets and schedules
• Legal descriptions and easements plats
• Right-of-way plans
