Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects in the engineering industry. The successful candidate will oversee all stages of project development, from design to completion. The role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee various engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Utilize AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed, accurate designs and plans for land development projects.Prepare and present detailed reports and project updates to stakeholders and team members.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals on project planning and design.Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.Conduct on-site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design plans and safety regulations.Provide expert advice and solutions to complex engineering problems.Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, applying this knowledge to improve processes and systems.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Must be a licensed professional engineer (PE) or have passed the Engineer in Training (EIT) exam.Minimum of 3 years' experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to find innovative solutions to engineering challenges.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and quality standards.Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and planning skills.Willingness to continually learn and stay updated with industry developments.How to ApplyEasy Apply now by clicking the "Easy Apply" button and submitting your resume.
