Insight Global is seeking a Wastewater Superintendent sitting in Santa Barbara, CA.
About the role- Work on advanced treatment, reuse facilities, pump stations, and pipelines—
one project at a time
. - 2026 project:
advanced water purification facility
. - Stable GC with design‑build capability and strong growth opportunities in the Water Division.
- 10+ years in water/wastewater or industrial process facilities.
- 5+ years as a Superintendent (field + office).
- Experience with means/methods, site logistics, and productivity planning.
- Primavera P6 schedule development and execution.
- Crew leadership: supervising, training, and mentoring.
- Ensuring work aligns with contract documents and owner expectations.
- Company + project bonuses.
- Company car or travel allowance + gas card.
- Relocation assistance.
- Clear advancement path within the Water Division.
Position is a Direct Hire/Permanent opportunity with salary up to $240,000 annually.
