Most admissions managers are brought on to sustain existing processes. You'll be brought on to dismantle them and build something stronger. 2 Hour Learning condenses a traditional school day into two hours through AI-driven, mastery-based applications. No teachers. No lectures. No wasted time. Our students learn at 2.6 times the national rate, validated by MAP data. Afternoons are dedicated to life skills, personal development, and purposeful projects.

Your role is central to this. You ll oversee full-cycle admissions for one campus—Dallas, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco—with complete ownership of your pipeline. No intermediaries. No handoffs. No excess. You ll convert interest into enrollment through rapid response, transparent outcomes, compelling tours, and discerning selection. You ll be the reason families commit to a school unlike anything they ve encountered.

• Replying to incoming inquiries within 4 hours using tailored, precise communication that avoids generic templating.
• Conducting campus tours and events that demonstrate how we accelerate learning and for whom this model works best.
• Managing the complete admissions process, from applications and shadow days through decision conversations and onboarding.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and SIS records for weekly performance review, particularly within Hub Spot.
• Improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and FAQs informed by live parent feedback and conversion metrics.

• Supervising others. This is intentionally structured as an individual contributor role.
• Working through bureaucratic approval chains. We operate at startup velocity, not institutional tempo.
• Enrolling every applicant. This model isn t suited to all families, and selection is part of your mandate.
• Downplaying our distinctiveness. Our results outweigh conventional expectations.
• Operating remotely. This is a full-time, on-campus position with periodic local event attendance.

Take full ownership of the admissions journey to convert qualified prospects into enrolled families. Build and sustain a high-conversion, high-selectivity enrollment pipeline that mirrors the precision and outcomes of the 2 Hour Learning approach.

• 3+ years managing end-to-end admissions at a selective, tuition-charging academic institution
• Demonstrated track record in driving competitive enrollment from initial inquiry through final commitment
• Outstanding communication abilities across writing, public speaking, and interpersonal engagement
• Ease and credibility when interacting with high-net-worth families and sophisticated decision-makers
• Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (particularly Hub Spot), organizational rigor, and precision in execution
• Currently residing in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
• Eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

• Background in top-tier K–12 independent schools or selective college admissions
• Track record running high-engagement, high-yield enrollment events
• Proficiency with analytics, performance tracking, and metric-based strategy
• Knowledge of AI-enabled or mastery-based learning frameworks
