Overview

• Inspiring and guiding students through consistent, daily interaction—no traditional lectures, only high-impact peer-level mentorship
• Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI tools to enable individualized pacing for every student
• Facilitating small-group sessions centered on life skills, leadership development, and practical success frameworks
• Supporting students in identifying their capabilities and broadening their goals via tailored growth strategies
• Advancing Alpha's learning approach through continuous innovation informed by data, observations, and forward-thinking proposals

• Bachelor's degree from any discipline
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (e.g. top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.)
• 3 years of direct experience with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking capabilities
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
• Availability to work on-site in Miami, FL;
  Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. For details, see
