Your role is to lead this mission at the enrollment level. You will manage end‑to‑end admissions for one campus—Dallas, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco—with complete ownership of your pipeline. No bureaucracy. No segmented handoffs. No unnecessary complexity. You will convert interest into enrollment through rapid response, transparent outcomes, compelling campus experiences, and selective evaluation. You will be the decisive factor in why families commit to a school that defies conventional design.

What You Will Be Doing- Replying to incoming inquiries within 4 hours using tailored, substantive communication that avoids templated language.
- Conducting campus tours and admissions events that demonstrate precisely how and why our model accelerates learning, and for whom it is designed.
- Managing the complete admissions process, from application intake and shadow day coordination to decision conversations and family onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date CRM and student information system records for weekly performance review, particularly within Hub Spot.
- Iterating on admissions collateral, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions using live parent feedback and conversion metrics.
- Leading or supervising others. This is intentionally structured as an individual contributor position.
- Operating within bureaucratic constraints. We function at startup velocity, not institutional timelines.
- Enrolling every applicant. This model serves a specific audience, and your responsibility is to identify the right fit.
- Defending our differentiation. Our performance data validates our approach more convincingly than tradition ever could.
- Working remotely. This role requires on‑campus presence and participation in occasional local outreach events.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the admissions journey to convert qualified prospects into enrolled students. Build and sustain a high‑conversion, highly selective pipeline that mirrors the precision and excellence of the 2 Hour Learning educational model.
Basic Requirements- 3+ years of experience managing full‑cycle admissions at a selective, tuition‑charging academic institution
- Demonstrated track record of successfully guiding selective enrollment processes from initial inquiry through final commitment
- Outstanding communication capabilities across written, verbal, and interpersonal formats
- Proven ability to engage effectively with affluent families and sophisticated decision‑makers
- Solid operational discipline, including proficiency with CRM systems (Hub Spot in particular), time management, and meticulous record‑keeping
- Currently based in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
- Eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Background in admissions at elite K–12 independent schools or selective college environments
- Proven experience designing and executing high‑engagement, high‑conversion recruitment events
