Enrollment Specialist, Alpha

You will guide families through their entire enrollment experience—from initial outreach to final commitment—ensuring every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, care, and academic excellence. Your work will include managing ongoing correspondence, organizing impactful admissions programming, and keeping applicant data accurate to support sound enrollment decisions.

• Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished responses to prospective families (both digitally and face‑to‑face)
• Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous accuracy
• Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, whether held on campus or virtually
• Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange shadow day experiences for prospective students
• Maintain precise and current admissions records, systems, and follow‑up protocols

• Set admissions policy or make ultimate enrollment decisions
• Function exclusively in back‑office tasks without engaging directly with families
• Work within a rigid, process‑heavy, or slow‑moving structure
• Prioritize interpersonal rapport without consistent execution and operational discipline

This position ensures a smooth, high‑performing admissions process that maximizes enrollment success and strengthens family confidence across all Alpha campuses.

• Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a closely related area
• 2+ years in client‑facing roles within admissions, enrollment, event coordination, or similar functions
• Proven administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and precise
• High level of accuracy and experience managing applicant databases or CRM platforms
• Comfortable managing a blend of remote responsibilities and on‑campus presence
• Capable of quickly adjusting and succeeding in a fast‑moving, mission‑focused setting
• Authorized to work in the US and available to work on‑site in Austin, TX;
  San Francisco, CA;
  Santa Barbara, CA; or NYC, NY

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
