Overview

The Waldorf School of Santa Barbara is seeking a First Grade Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. We anticipate a class of sixteen vibrant, first grade-ready children. The Waldorf School of Santa Barbara serves children from Early Childhood through Eighth Grade and offers a rich Parent-Child Program. Founded in 1984, our school is located on a large, beautiful campus, nestled between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, with daily access to parkland next door and nearby hiking trails.
