A thriving community hospital located on the Southern California Coast is seeking an OB Hospitalist to work an average of 7, 24‑hour shifts per month. The hospital averages 1–2 deliveries per 24‑hour shift and offers the option of employment with full benefits or 1099.

• Community hospital averages 2,000 deliveries per year and has a Level III, 22‑bed NICU, state‑of‑the‑art birth center, and 2 da Vinci Robots.
• Position is 80% OB and 20% GYN, mostly covering unassigned deliveries and signed‑out OB patients.
• Work between 6–8, 24‑hour shifts per month.
• Low‑volume: 1–2 deliveries per 24‑hour shift.
• Compensation package includes an hourly rate of $200/hr with total income into the $400,000 range; $250/hr+ for 1099.
• Temporary housing stipend up to 6 months, up to $500,000 in down‑payment assistance, sign‑on/relocation up to $45,000, full benefits package, and more.
