Customer Care Associate

Overview

We are hiring a Customer Care Associate to support and engage customers across phone, email, text, and occasional video calls. This is an entry-level role for someone comfortable using computer-based tools, eager to learn new software, and motivated to deliver excellent customer experiences. Training is provided. Prior experience using Gorgias is not required.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and SMS using Gorgias
• Resolve customer issues clearly, calmly, and efficiently
• Assist customers with product questions, orders, and subscriptions
• Participate in occasional coaching or support video calls
• Document customer interactions accurately and completely
• Learn and adapt to new tools, workflows, and processes

• Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
• Experience using digital tools or software applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Customer support or customer-facing experience
• Phone or live customer interaction experience
• Interest in wellness or performance

• This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with California law
• Compensation range will be provided in compliance with California pay transparency requirements
