As a second‑generation State Farm agent who was born and raised right here in Santa Barbara, this work has always been a part of my life. As a Customer Relations Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Paul Cashman – State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
