I opened my agency in 1986, and today I’m proud to lead a team of ten. As a second‑generation State Farm agent who was born and raised right here in Santa Barbara, this work has always been a part of my life. I absolutely love what I do, and while I’m now at a stage where I’m looking to find more balance and enjoy time with my grandkids, I remain fully committed to building a strong, successful team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Relations Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Paul Cashman – State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
