Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow‑up process to ensure their success.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Support potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals.
• Follow a lively sales approach and use a magnetic personality to ensure new members pursue their goals.

• Adapt well and quickly to various situations.
• Communicate well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
• Team player and willing to jump into any task and get it done.
• Possess strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.

• Maintain strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high‑quality work.
• Comfortable with computers/technology, quick focus shift, phone etiquette, and proficient in math.
• This position is 20 hours a week and requires availability every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

• Must successfully pass a background check.

• Member engagement.
• Building and equipment maintenance and safety.

• Membership sales (club and individual, including services, products, programs).
• Membership billing.
• Customer service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution).
• Information hub (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.).

Hourly position with potential annual earnings of $36,000—$72,000 USD.
