The mission of the Account Executive is to grow new title and escrow relationships by building trust with real estate professionals and developing a consistent, high‑quality pipeline.

Core Responsibilities New Business Development- Build relationships with new real estate agents and partners.
- Initiate outreach through phone, email, text, and in‑person interactions.
- Identify opportunities to add value and support clients’ businesses.
- Maintain an organized pipeline using internal tools and frameworks.
- Qualify prospects thoughtfully and progress conversations over time.
- Balance relationship‑building with proactive business development.
- Manage activity and pipeline with accuracy and consistency.
- Follow established outreach and follow‑up processes.
- Take ownership of personal performance and improvement.
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
- Apply feedback to improve communication and effectiveness.
- Continue developing sales skills, market knowledge, and professionalism.
- Standard schedule:
Monday–Friday during business hours. - Occasional flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings, or weekend activities such as open houses or networking events.
