Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% Onsite)
Assignment Length: 6 Months (Contract)

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist 3 to join our client’s logistics operations team onsite in Santa Ana, CA. This role is ideal for early-career logistics professionals who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

This specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate collection, validation, and flow of data, documents, and invoices between logistics teams, business partners, internal departments, and customers. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, solid Excel abilities, and a passion for operational excellence.

• Collect, review, and validate logistics documents, materials, invoices, and data.
• Ensure all documentation meets required accuracy, standards, and compliance specifications.
• Interpret and understand shipment documentation to ensure proper preparation of transportation forms.

• Coordinate and execute special projects, departmental activities, and cross-functional requests.
• Support daily logistics workflows by reviewing production schedules, order requirements, and material needs.
• Record and track logistics/production data, including volumes, raw material usage, inventory updates, and quality checks.

• Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and support improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively in a highly matrixed team environment, supporting multiple stakeholders.

• Distribute production schedules, work orders, and reports to appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and request supplies/materials as needed.
• Revise schedules when required due to changes in material availability, labor, or production interruptions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Logistics or supply chain experience (0–2 years preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables preferred)
• Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills

• Experience reviewing shipping/production documentation
• Ability to analyze basic cost, labor, or material data
• Understanding of shipping, logistics, or production regulations
• Bilingual Korean/English strongly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience
• 0–2 years of relevant logistics, supply chain, inventory, or operations experience (preferred, not required)

• Fully onsite role in Santa Ana, CA
• Fast-paced logistics department with daily email-driven coordination
• Cross-functional communication with logistics colleagues, business partners, and internal teams
