Job Description:
As a Cannabis Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering orders directly to customers in a timely, professional, and compliant manner. You’ll be the face of the company during each interaction, so providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong attention to detail are essential.
In this role, you must strictly follow all company policies and California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) regulations to ensure safe and legal deliveries. Compliance, accuracy, and professionalism are crucial to maintaining the integrity of our operations and building trust with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Safely and promptly deliver cannabis products to customers
- Verify customer age at delivery point to ensure compliance
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
- Maintain delivery logs and manifests per company and regulatory policy
- Communicate with dispatch and team throughout your shift
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness
- Follow all state cannabis regulations and delivery protocols
- Provide exceptional service and resolve basic customer concerns
- Must be 25years or older with a valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record and reliable, insured vehicle (if using own car)
- Must pass a background check (per state compliance)
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Comfortable using GPS and mobile apps
- Customer service or delivery experience preferred
