Program Summary

Our multi‑site Housing programs serve young adults (18‑25) utilizing a trauma‑informed, harm reduction approach to help youth attain life skills and self‑sufficiency based on their individualized goals. The program aims to provide safety and shelter, while promoting the self‑determination of youth experiencing homelessness, including those who are unstably or unsafely housed—while considering their identity, past experiences, or system involvement.
