$30-$42/Hourly+, DOE

• Operate heavy equipment including full-size excavators with thumb, mini-excavators, skid steer, Bobcat compact track loaders, and large track loaders such as CAT 953 and CAT 973.
• Read and understand grading plans.
• Demolish residential and commercial structures as part of projects.
• Meet schedules and timelines; work safely, productively, and efficiently.
• Follow oral and written instructions; work cooperatively with team members.
• Maintain punctual and consistent attendance; overtime may be required.

• Experience operating heavy equipment: 3 years (Required).
• Grading operator: 2 years (Required).
• California Driver License (Required).
