Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies at a government transportation facility;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of terminals, public areas, tenant spaces, and perimeter access points;
Monitor entrances, restricted corridors, and vehicle/pedestrian traffic flow; verify credentials and/or access authorizations;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate with onsite representatives and/or public agency personnel;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation; communicate observations to supervision
