Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation facility;
Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter routes to help deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points, gates, and restricted-area boundaries; check credentials and/or visitor authorization as directed by post orders;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate airport and/or public agency personnel when needed;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation; communicate observations and/or hazards to on-site leadership and incoming personnel
