PM Biomedical is a medical equipment services company that supports hospitals across the U.S. with repairs, refurbished equipment, rentals, and accessories. We are looking for an entry-level Associate Account Manager to help support our sales team through consistent outbound calling and follow-up communication.
This role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable on the phone, organized, and eager to gain experience in sales and healthcare. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to customers, sending follow-up emails, and keeping our CRM up to date with accurate notes and activity. You will play an important role in keeping accounts engaged and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Success in this position comes from being reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable doing repetitive outreach work that helps the entire sales team perform better.
Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 200 daily outbound calls to support account outreach and follow-up efforts.
- Contact existing and potential customers to follow up on quotes, open orders, and prior conversations.
- Send follow-up emails after calls
- Update and maintain accurate records of all call activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Support Account Managers by keeping accounts active, organized, and engaged.
- Escalate qualified opportunities or customer requests to the assigned Account Manager.
- Ensure all outreach and follow-up is completed in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain consistency in daily activity goals and communication standards.
- Help re-engage inactive accounts through consistent outreach
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
This position is fully in office Monday - Friday.
