Huisong Inc. is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Manager – Nutraceuticals to develop and grow our business across North and South America
. This role is ideal for a sales professional with direct experience selling nutraceutical or natural ingredients who thrives in a relationship‑driven, consultative B2B environment
. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers
, building trust, fostering long‑term partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. This is an individual contributor role with strategic influence and close collaboration with senior leadership.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within targeted nutraceutical and natural ingredient markets.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain long‑term customer partnerships through consultative selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and outstanding customer experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Represent Huisong Inc. with professionalism, integrity, and a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Work closely with the VP of Sales to execute regional growth strategies.
- Contribute to short‑ and long‑term business planning initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of regional sales processes and best practices.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including marketing, operations, quality, and business support teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience selling nutraceutical or natural ingredients to B2B customers (required)
- Overall sales experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred, but not required:
- Dietary supplements.
- Food & beverage ingredients.
- Pharmaceuticals.
- Essential oils or fragrance manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Nutrition Science, Plant Science, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Base Salary: 60,000‑80,000 depending on experience
- Commission: Performance‑based commission structure
