Silex Technology America Inc. is looking for a Territory Manager to own and grow sales in a defined region, working with cutting‑edge wireless devices and solutions that power today’s connected world.
What You’ll Do- Identify and capture new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue and design win targets.
- Partner with customers to match innovative wireless solutions to their needs.
- Deliver impactful presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer success from first call to long‑term relationship.
- Travel up to 25–50% to meet customers, with occasional international opportunities.
- Proven success in technology sales (5+ years in semiconductor, electronics, or related industry).
- A natural hunter mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude – you can learn and speak to complex products with confidence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft 365.

LocationThe ideal candidate will report into our office in Santa Ana, California or alternatively reside within the Northeast US.
Compensation$90,000 - $115,000 plus commission. Salary and total compensation package are negotiable and commensurate with academic accomplishments, skill set and experience.
