Location: Costa Mesa, CA (South Coast Plaza)

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Retail Management team. The Assistant General Manager supervises employees in the store—sales associates, stockroom workers, cashiers, and maintenance personnel. Other duties include achieving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational standards, exceeding merchandising goals, building a highly motivated team, and developing associates’ skills and clientele base.

• Use product knowledge to recommend, select, and acquire merchandise based on customer needs.
• Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and add-on merchandise, enhancing the customer experience without overwhelming them.
• Assist with establishing, meeting, and exceeding sales and performance goals.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and expand the client book.
• Co‑manage the sales team by continually motivating staff to exceed sales and productivity goals while fostering a positive, upbeat atmosphere.
• Connect with customers and understand their needs, documenting and communicating customer requests.
• Accurately facilitate and oversee customer purchases and returns.
• Handle loss‑prevention situations with exemplary customer service.
• Co‑manage daily store operations, monitoring and managing staff levels.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, scheduling, sales goals, and training of sales associates.
• Ensure store merchandising, windows, and visual displays are consistent with the brand image.
• Maintain clear, concise communication lines between the sales team and corporate office.
• Recruit top talent for the sales team through networking and recruiting.
• Maintain employee relations, problem‑solve, and lead the sales team.
• Create a professional and positive work environment.

• High School diploma required;
  Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a luxury retail store environment.
• Minimum 2+ years of luxury retail management.
• Fluency or conversational level in a foreign language is a plus.

Full‑time position at an hourly rate of $25–$26 USD/Hr, plus commission.
