Shift supervisor, Restaurant​/Food Service

Overview

We are hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.

Location: AA SNA - 18601 Airport Way Suite 340, Santa Ana, CA 92707.

Note:

Schedule: Full time. Sunday and Monday, 11:15 am to 7:45 pm;
Thursday through Saturday, 4:30 am to 1:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Pay: Fixed Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.

Requirement: Must have a valid Food Handler's card. 1 year of previous food service experience is preferred.

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid Food Handler's card required. 1 year of previous food service experience preferred.
