Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant. Please note, the manager position will initially start as a line cook role to familiarize you with our procedures, with opportunities to move into management once fully trained and the restaurant opens at night.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
