Mold Inspector (F/T):
Read blueprints, data, manuals to determine specs/insp/test proc; insp under crawl space, assess & manage water damage; record inspection/test data; collect samples; analyze test data, making computations to determine results; interpret reqs, provide safety info & recommend compliance procedures to contractors/property owners; adjust/clean/repair to correct defects found using tools; possess valid mold inspection cert.
Offered Wage: $53,685/yr.

- HS Diploma required.
- Valid mold inspection certificate.
