• Participate in the screening, evaluation, and care of inmates in a variety of settings.
• Follow nursing standards, procedures and protocols in care for patients.
• Provide appropriate nursing interventions in emergency situations.
• Maintain health services records logs and assist with data entry within the scope of nursing related items.
• Document and reassess any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with facility's policy.
• Ensure provision of safety and comfort of all patients.
• Follow established patient care protocols, and observe federal, state, and county policies, regulations, and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
