Lead Neurology NP/PA – General Neurology

Brigade Health | Southern California (Preferred) | Hybrid Mobile + Telehealth

Brigade Health is expanding its dementia-focused Neurology Program and seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with strong neurology experience. This role blends advanced clinical care with program development in an innovative hybrid model serving older adults.

• Perform comprehensive neurologic assessments (mobile + telehealth)
• Diagnose and manage neurologic conditions
• Order/interpret labs and diagnostic studies
• Lead cognitive screenings and treatment planning
• Collaborate with PCPs, psychiatry, palliative care, and care navigators
• Support development of neurology protocols and workflows
• Deliver education to internal clinical teams

• NP or PA degree; active license in CA, , WA, AZ, or CO
• Potential to obtain multi-state licensure
• Minimum 2 years neurology experience (clinic or hospital)
• Strong interest in dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurologic disorders of aging

• Active CA license, Southern CA residence
• Neurology fellowship
• Behavioral neurology experience
• Experience with clinical education and program development

• This role offers a total cash compensation structure that includes a base salary plus incentive bonus opportunities.
• Base salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and role scope.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM | No call or weekends

Pay Range for Posted Region: $150,000 USD - $200,000 USD
