Overview
Green Meadows Home Health is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) On Call to join our team.
Responsibilities- In compliance with California Vocational Nurse Practice Act and provides skilled nursing care in the home and facility settings;
- Responsible for providing skilled nursing and supportive care in patients’ homes.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience is strongly preferred;
- Previous hospice experience is preferred;
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, and have dependable transportation;
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment;
- Possession of a current license to practice as an RN or LVN;
- At least one year of Hospice experience
Weekday on Call Rate $100;
Weekend on Call Rate $150. Per visit rate discussed at hire.
