We are a profitable, fast-growing omnichannel consumer brand with national retail distribution and a significant upcoming expansion. We are seeking a hands-on growth operator who is actively inside Facebook Ads Manager today and personally responsible for revenue-driving performance.
This is not a strategy-only or people-management role. This is an execution-first position for someone who owns performance from keyboard to revenue and earns the opportunity to build a team through results.
What You Will Do
Performance Marketing Execution
- Personally manage and optimize $500K to $1M per month across Meta and Google
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns end to end including audiences, creative testing, copy, and pacing
- Analyze performance daily and make real-time optimizations to reduce CAC and increase contribution margin
- Design and execute geo-targeted campaigns to support national retail partners
Creator and Influencer Growth
- Personally manage creator whitelisting campaigns across a large network of creators
- Negotiate influencer and creator partnerships directly without agency intermediaries
- Write briefs, review content, approve assets, and launch campaigns yourself
- Build creator programs that drive both DTC revenue and in-store sales performance
Tik Tok Shop and Retail Activation
- Build and scale Tik Tok Shop from execution to $1M+ in monthly revenue
- Launch geo-targeted digital campaigns that directly impact retail store velocity
- Track and analyze digital to retail lift and optimize campaigns based on real sales data
- Own digital strategy and execution for major retail launches
Who You Are
- A true hands-on growth operator actively running paid media today
- Comfortable owning performance outcomes, not just strategy or reporting
- Energized by execution, testing, and fast decision-making
- Experienced working inside profitable, scaling consumer brands
Requirements
Must Have
- Brand-side experience only
- Currently managing $300K+ per month in paid media spend personally
- Deep hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Direct experience negotiating and managing creator and influencer relationships
- A personal network of creators you have previously whitelisted
- Experience at profitable consumer brands in the $10M to $100M revenue range
- Strong understanding of retail velocity and how digital media impacts in-store sales
