Batch Making Operator, 3rd Shift

Overview

To thrive in this role, you must have hands-on experience in milling pump systems and mixing raw materials. You will follow detailed "recipes" (formula tickets) to produce high-quality industrial coatings, ensuring every batch is consistent, safe, and ready to perform.

• Operate pumps, valves, and a compactor with precision to keep production moving safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Track inventory and document formula updates as part of daily duties.
• Work with automated systems for handling raw materials and milling.

• A completed high school education is required.
• Comfort navigating basic computer systems; experience with SAP is a definite plus.
• Commitment to safety and upholding a strong safety culture.
• Ability to lift and move paint cans or full cases (up to 75 lbs) multiple times per day with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Starting wage at $23.50/hr with a $0.50/hr increase at 6 months and another $0.50/hr increase at 1 year.
• Shift differential of $3/hr for shifts starting at or after 12 PM.
• Quarterly and holiday bonuses.
• Accrual of 15 paid vacation days and 5 paid sick days in the first year.
