We’re currently working with a well‑established and respected print production business based in the Coast to recruit an experienced Finishing Operator / Print Finisher

As a Finishing Operator, you’ll play a key part in the final stages of the print production process, ensuring all printed materials are finished to the highest standard before dispatch. Working within a busy production environment, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining a range of finishing equipment while consistently delivering high‑quality output.
Key Responsibilities- Operating, setting, and adjusting print finishing machinery, including folders, stitchers, and guillotines
- Carrying out routine maintenance and basic fault‑finding on finishing equipment
- Reading and working from job specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Performing quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards
- Working efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
- Previous experience in a similar finishing or print production role is preferred
- Background within a print manufacturing or production environment
- Comfortable working with finishing machinery and technical equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, hands‑on, and able to work well as part of a production team
