Ths employer is seeking an Agronomy Operations individual for an established Agronomy organization located in North Central Nebraska. Primary responsibilities to include:

• Being trained to dispatch custom application equipment
• Working and learning the duties of mixing fertilizer, both dry and liquid
• Loading trucks to be dispatched
• Working with Ag chemicals
• Providing quality control of inventory
• Assisting with yard operations
• Helping to troubleshoot maintenance issues at the plant
• Possibly jumping in a sprayer, if necessary

There will be opportunities for supervision in this role, and there will be growth opportunities for this individual.

This could be a great next role for someone who is ready to step out of a Sprayer and take on more responsibility.

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with Ag chemicals and/or liquid and dry fertilizer beneficial
• Understands the mixing of fertilizer
• Mechanically apt with ability to troubleshoot equipment repairs
• Ability to supervise others
• Midwestern farm upbringing appreciated
• Good communication skills
