About the Role The In-Process Inspector is responsible for performing visual inspections of PCB panels in-between the manufacturing processes for defects or deviations per standard operating procedures and guidance from the Team Leader.
Please Note:
The available work schedule consists of second-shift hours (4:00pm - 12:30am); however, training will take place during the first shift (7:30am - 4:00pm).
- Reads and interprets standard operating procedures and traveler to verify lot number and panel quantity; ensures that the previous operation was completed, signs, and dates the traveler
- Performs a variety of repetitive visual and mechanical in-process inspection to ensure products comply with order specification and conformity to specified quality standards
- Inspects holes, thickness, markings, and conductive patterns using required equipment and confirms that product is defect-free
- Stamps and dates travelers; scans job in and out of MRP
- Performs all other duties as needed
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as standard operating procedures, traveler instructions, technical requirements, blueprints, quality processes and safety rules in English
- Ability to detect PCB defects
- Knowledge of flex and rigid-flex printed circuits, IPC-6012, IPC-6013, and military specifications such as MIL STD P-55110, P-50884, and P-31032
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of In-Process experience in PCB manufacturing industry (Preferred)

Successful candidate must be available to train during 1st Shift (7:30am to 4:00PM)
- Monday through Friday
- 2nd Shift: 4:00pm to 12:30am
- Overtime and Saturday as Required

California Pay Range: $18 USD - $21 USD
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
