Are you a seasoned CNC Programmer ready to take your career to the next level? Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Senior Programmer to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the engineering industry, we pride ourselves on leveraging the latest technology to develop innovative solutions for our clients. The CNC Senior Programmer will play a critical role in our operations, leading the design and execution of complex machining projects.

This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Developing and optimizing CNC programs for lathes and mills using CAD/CAM software.
• Working closely with the production team to ensure the smooth operation of machining processes.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to design and develop fixtures and tooling for new projects.
• Providing technical support and training to junior programmers and machinists.
• Ensuring all machining processes comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CNC programming and machining.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in CNC programming and machining technology.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in the engineering industry.
• Proficiency in programming and operating CNC lathes and mills.
• Extensive knowledge of machining processes and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• The ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• A degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field is preferred.
