The Assembly Potting Operator performs a wide variety of electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies or subassemblies.
What You'll Do- Prepares assembly work by reviewing various documents including production work orders, manufacturing and process specifications, engineering drawings and schematics
- Works with masking and unmasking materials in preparation for process
- Performs conformal coating and potting
- Ability to fluently read, write and speak English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with chemicals and solvents in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
- Ability to effectively problem solve
- 1 year of soldering or potting experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred)
- Monday to Friday
- 1st Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm
- 2nd Shift: 4:00pm to 12:30am
- Overtime and Saturdays as required
- Full-Time / Permanent
- On Site
California Pay Range: $17 USD - $20 USD
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
