The Assembly Potting Operator performs a wide variety of electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies or subassemblies.

• Prepares assembly work by reviewing various documents including production work orders, manufacturing and process specifications, engineering drawings and schematics
• Works with masking and unmasking materials in preparation for process
• Performs conformal coating and potting

• Ability to fluently read, write and speak English
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with chemicals and solvents in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• High level of flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
• Ability to effectively problem solve

• 1 year of soldering or potting experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred)

• Monday to Friday
• 1st Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm
• 2nd Shift: 4:00pm to 12:30am
• Overtime and Saturdays as required

• Full-Time / Permanent
• On Site

California Pay Range: $17 USD - $20 USD

The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
