Your knowledge spans vendor negotiations, industry best practices, and process optimization, and you're passionate about using your expertise to impact Fortune 1000 clients.

Subject Matter Expert

A seasoned expert in managing and optimizing human resources, and corporate services, with a focus on contingent labor, security, and outsourced labor functions. Key areas of specialization include:

  • Contingent Labor - Managing the strategic sourcing, onboarding, and management of temporary and contract workers across various industries, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Call Centers - Managing customer service operations, ensuring high performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in both inbound and outbound environments. An emphasis on experience with managing a 3rd party call center solution.
  • Employee Background Checks - Overseeing comprehensive background screening processes to ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation for all hires and contractors.
  • Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) - Implementing and optimizing HR management systems for payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and employee data management.
  • Rental Cars - Managing corporate car rental programs, including vendor relationships, cost optimization, and fleet management for business travel needs.
  • Security Services - Developing and overseeing physical security strategies to protect organizational assets, sensitive data, and personnel. An emphasis on management of 3rd party security providers including contract management and schedule optimization across multiple sites.

This SME brings a comprehensive understanding of workforce management, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation to optimize business functions and enhance service delivery across diverse sectors.

What You Will Do
  • As the subject matter expert, your role will be focused on creating additional value to existing accounts/clients/projects, including:
    • Analyzing client infrastructure, vendor contracts, and pricing structures to identify cost‑saving opportunities
    • Collaborating cross‑functionally to develop solutions tailored to client needs
    • Leading complex negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms on behalf of clients
    • Delivering actionable insights and presenting findings to client stakeholders
    • Proactively identifying client challenges and recommending strategic and operational solutions that exceed expectations
  • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies within your domain
  • Create and refine deliverables such as data analyses, reports, and client presentations as it relates to creating additional value
  • Serve as an internal resource for functional expertise and thought leadership
  • Work independently on projects or as a contributor on larger engagements
  • Take ownership of projects from ideation through execution, often in situations with limited direction or defined processes
  • Focus on proactively driving progress, setting clear objectives, and ensuring timely delivery of results
  • Facilitate and lead internal meetings with confidence, aligning stakeholders across functions, navigating ambiguity, and championing initiatives that push projects forward without waiting for instruction
