You provide leadership and guidance for your team, evaluate client situations, and partner with expense area experts to analyze and negotiate pricing for PRP clients.
Subject Matter Expert- Office Supplies – Managing negotiations, analyzing usage and buying patterns, and ensuring quality service of office materials and equipment.
- Hospitality Supplies – Managing negotiations, analyzing usage and buying patterns, and ensuring quality service of hospitality materials and equipment.
- Dental Supplies – Sourcing and managing essential dental consumables, including tools, equipment, and materials.
- Facilities Services & Supplies – Managing negotiations, analyzing usage, and ensuring proper service levels for facility operations.
- Medical Supplies – Sourcing and managing essential medical devices, instruments, and consumables across clinical and hospital settings.
- Meet or exceed department and personal performance goals.
- Sell new projects and renewal contracts to existing clients with urgency.
- Build meaningful relationships with C‑Suite executives.
- Identify and deliver new value to existing clients.
- Maximize client savings and retain targeted accounts after initial engagement.
- Maintain C‑level engagement by meeting regularly to confirm savings and obtain approval for additional initiatives.
- Identify, track, and resolve project issues quickly, defining root causes and effective countermeasures.
- Establish, maintain, and track performance dashboards reflecting contributions from all team members.
- Lead 2‑4 direct reports, evaluate and mentor staff, and foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with partners in other operational groups to keep projects moving forward.
- Lead company and department improvement initiatives to implementation.
- Work with internal subject‑matter experts to adopt best practices for client initiatives.
- Partner with clients to ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Execute other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree required with 8‑11 years of experience in expense management, vendor management, consulting, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; advanced Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency.
- Ability to lead others to complete complex projects on time.
- Proven ability to build relationships and align teams and clients.
- Track record of delivering results.
