We’re growing and looking for an Operations Manager who thrives on organization, teamwork, and getting things done efficiently.

As our Operations Manager, you’ll help keep projects running smoothly and teams productive. This role touches every part of the operation — from scheduling and materials to quality and coordination.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ordering and organizing supplies for upcoming jobs
• Managing inventory and restocking tools and materials
• Maintaining job schedules and ensuring crews stay on track
• Helping resolve any job site issues that arise
• Keeping vehicles and tools properly maintained and repaired
• Partnering with the team manager to ensure top-quality workmanship and minimize rework

• Build and organize the team to increase project capacity
• Track operational KPIs to improve efficiency and performance

• Experience managing skilled laborers or subcontractors (e.g., construction, restoration, or trades)
• Highly organized and proactive — you thrive on systems and structure
• Comfortable problem-solving and communicating with team members
• Strong sense of integrity and teamwork — we help each other and do the right thing

• Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet, Drive)
• Based in or near Riverside, CA

• Familiar with Notion for project or inventory management

This is a hands-on role with real growth potential. You’ll play a key part in building out systems and structure as we expand our capacity. For the right person, this role could grow into a full-time operations leadership position.
