Position Title: Custodial Services Associate (Independent Contractor)

Location: Santa Ana, CA
Job SummaryThe Custodial Services Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily operations by ensuring all work spaces meet cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and properly dispose of waste.
- Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Clean windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Support special cleaning projects as needed (deep cleaning, event setup/cleanup).
- Previous experience in custodial, cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
