We are currently looking to fill a Jr. Maintenance Technician position for The Marke, our property located in Santa Ana, CA.
Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00; on-site housing not offered

The Jr. Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining high quality standards and providing excellent customer service to our residents. This role is responsible for performing cleaning/janitorial duties related to interior and exterior product preparation for the property.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property.
- Ensure the property’s central trash removal areas and/or compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean.
- Maintain tools and equipment and ensure they are in working order.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.
- Clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, and storage and common areas including clubhouse, recreation room, office, fitness center, etc.
- Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately complete work records.
- Responsible for safely storing chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials.
- Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner.
- Assist with snow removal as needed.
- Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)
- Reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid driver's license or be able to utilize an alternative form of transportation at your own expense to reach required destinations within a comparable time period to driving your own vehicle.
- Employees driving their own vehicles will be required to provide proof of insurance and may be subject to a DMV record search.
