Janitorial Crew Member – KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC

Base pay range: $18.50/hr – $21.00/hr

Shift: 4:00 am – 9:00 am

Start pay: $18.50 per hour

KBS is the largest privately–held provider of facility services in North America. We are looking for dedicated, reliable team members to join our Janitorial Services Team. The role offers a flexible schedule, growth opportunities, and a dynamic working environment.

• Perform work according to standard procedure and the building’s operational schedule.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of customer and team member restrooms.
• Complete sweep logs, as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment safely.
• Follow and comply with all applicable health‑and‑sanitation procedures and safe‑work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Walk in and around the facility frequently throughout the shift.
• Stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and handling instructions for chemicals (in English; some documents may be in Spanish where required).
• Background check and drug test required.
