Trueline’s client, a California-based civil litigation firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Santa Ana. This is a great opportunity for a driven litigator to step into a hands-on role managing complex cases on behalf of corporate and business clients.

ONSITE ROLE. GREAT FOR ASPIRING LITIGATORS!

What You’ll Do as the Associate Attorney:

• Work full-time on-site as a key member of the litigation team
• Manage cases from intake to resolution, including investigations, legal analysis, and client communication
• Draft a wide range of legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, arguments, and settlement agreements
• Handle court appearances for status and motion hearings
• Participate in trials and contribute to litigation strategy and execution

Must-Haves as the Associate Attorney:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice in California
• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience, ideally representing corporate clients
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume docket
• Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing complex documents and depositions
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with legal staff

Nice-to-Haves as the Associate Attorney:

• Trial experience or an interest in developing courtroom skills
• Experience supporting business clients in a variety of industries
