Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our clients busy insurance defense practice in Santa Ana, CA. This role offers immediate responsibility and the chance to sharpen trial skills while handling complex and high‑value cases.
- Manage a diverse caseload with partner support
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Take and defend depositions
- Represent clients in court hearings and motions
- Collaborate with clients to strategize case direction
- Work on matters including personal injury, transportation, premises liability, and other civil litigation
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense strongly preferred)
- Deposition, motion, and courtroom experience required
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
