What you will be doing:
- Conduct work in-office as a full-time employee.
- Handle cases from beginning to end, including initial investigation and analysis.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, arguments, statements, and settlement documents.
- Manage in-court experience handling status and motion hearings.
- Participate in trials as needed.
- Experience in civil litigation, preferably working on behalf of corporations and businesses.
- Juris Doctor from ABA accredited law school and licensed to practice in the State of California.
- Capable of working independently on-site and as a team member.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Ability to review and analyze depositions and other documents.
- Experience managing a high-volume practice with staff assistance.
