Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Trial Attorney to join our clients litigation team in Santa Ana, CA. This role is ideal for a lawyer who thrives in the courtroom and is ready to handle cases from inception through verdict.
- Serve as first-chair trial counsel, leading cases through verdict
- Develop trial strategies and oversee all stages of litigation
- Conduct depositions, argue motions, and handle pre-trial proceedings
- Collaborate directly with clients on case evaluation and trial preparation
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development
- Work on high-exposure personal injury, transportation, and liability cases
Qualifications
- 7+ years of civil litigation experience
- Proven first-chair trial experience to verdict
- Excellent trial advocacy, writing, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong presence and confidence in the courtroom
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Team-oriented with strong leadership ability
