Qualifications- 4–7 years of legal experience, including at least 18 months in-house
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; active bar membership and CA in-house eligibility
- Experience with GRC, privacy, or technology-focused legal matters
- Strong contract drafting, legal research, and communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Provide legal guidance on technology, data protection, and privacy compliance matters
- Lead Technology GRC efforts, including PCI compliance oversight and related training programs
- Monitor and analyze evolving U.S. laws and regulations impacting technology and data
- Draft, review, and negotiate technology-related agreements
- Partner with business teams to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making
- Serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex legal issues for non-legal stakeholders
