Corporate Paralegal for a growing company in Santa Ana Base pay range
$40.00/hr - $55.00/hr
Adams & Martin Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Legal Operations Specialist / Paralegal for their client company’s in‑house legal team. This contract‑to‑hire position plays a critical role in managing legal processes, contract flow, compliance, and corporate governance for a leading transportation company.
Key Responsibilities- Manage subpoenas, litigation hold notices, and routine litigation processes.
- Oversee CLM database and contract lifecycle, including Docu Sign/signature processing
. - Handle invoice processing and routine resolutions.
- Coordinate corporate governance tasks (e.g., certificates of good standing, annual filings).
- Manage intellectual property filings, renewals, and related tasks.
- Maintain registrations, licenses, and subcontractor compliance tools.
- Support entity management and insurance renewals.
- Assist with lease management and facilities‑related tasks.
- Prepare reports from legal software tools and assist with due diligence for transactions.
- Review routine contracts (e.g., NDAs) and support attorneys and contract managers as needed.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Paralegal studies or related field preferred).
- Experience: 4‑8 years in an in‑house legal department or a combination of law firm and corporate experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, government contracting, entity management, and litigation processes.
- Proficiency with CLM platforms (Conga preferred), CSC, Docu Sign, and Salesforce.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to adopt technology for efficiency.
