A leading policyholder advocacy firm in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation Attorney with 5-15 years of experience to join its growing team. This full-time, on-site position focuses on representing policyholders in high-stakes disputes against insurers.
Key Responsibilities- Litigate complex insurance coverage and bad faith cases on behalf of policyholders
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and trial prep
- Manage caseload from inception through resolution
- Collaborate with legal teams to develop strategic case approaches
- 5-15 years of litigation experience (insurance coverage preferred)
- Prior experience representing either policyholders or carriers
- Strong deposition and courtroom background highly desired
- Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Salary range: $150K-$300K DOE
